sira was founded and now led by Nina..
Born and raised in a small town along the Blue Nile River in Sudan, Nina has always had a deep connection to Africa's rich landscapes and cultures. Though her roots are planted in East Africa, she found her heart in Cape Town, a city she fell in love with and now calls home.
Eight years ago she took a leap of faith, leaving behind her successful pharmacy career, realizing that her true passion lay elsewhere – in the world of travel and pursuing a path that aligns with her love for exploring new places and sharing those experiences with others.
Her favourite destination so far is Comoro Islands, where she enjoyed the incredible nature, hiked an active volcano and experienced the warmth & kindness of the people she met that made her trip unforgettable. Nina’s ultimate dream is to travel to every single African country and experience the continent in all its diversity.
